New Products: We have four new products we have designed for our customers. First is a special low hum and noise Mono Block amplifier, the Mono 7 horn power amplifier. With seven watts of 300B SET amplification this amplifier fills a void for those who love the sound of the 3.5 Mono but need more power.

The second product is our first integrated stereo product the WIA1515, a 15 watt EL84 push pull line, power and headphone amplifier, so called an all in one amplifier. Offering for the first time, those who want the clean detailed sound of Wright Sound, to own have a smaller compact product for the office, den, apartment or even the main listening room. Many features like front input jack for MP3 / Ipod type portable devices, four rear inputs, two with 3.5 stereo jacks for sound card interconnects, speaker off- on switch for private headphone listening as well as driving your favorite speakers for everyone to enjoy your favorite music. The AU-215 I is our signature integrated version of the WIA1515, the 215 has improved rhodium RCA jacks, upgraded coupling capacitors and resistors over the standard model.

New for Wright sound is the Mono 4, this is a 3.5 Mono with a new O-Netics output replacing the MagneQuest audio transformer. This new transformer has improved low and high end frequency responce along with better interweave coupling. Also the driver is slightly adjusted for the better and tighter low end response extending well out past 20 Hz, with the right speaker load. The rectifier is also change from the American 5Y3 to the JJ GZ34 which increases the power rating while still maintaining the tremendous sound stage and head room these are well known for. Now at 4 watts RMS Class A & 9 Watts Class A2 power levels, these will offer improvements over the original design. These look just like the 3.5 Mono except the audio output transformer is larger. Our latest new unit is the WHA-22. it ia a premium headphone amplifier with 2 watts a channel for running low powered speakers. It is perfect for the office, den, or quiet apartent listening with both 1/4'" phono and 3.5 Headphone jacks for most private listening. Here are some reviews on this unit from the 2 prototypes that were built. First Mr. Delles took it to the Head-Fi Meet in Seattle and here is what he had to say: " I was impressed with the octave-to-octave balance, the purity of the high frequencies and the transient speed. I have recently had the pleasure of auditioning the prototype of the Wright Sound WHA-22 stereo headphone amplifier. Can used were Sennheiser HD-650 with stock cable, AKG K 701 and Grado PS-!. It exibits ambience retrieval from the recorded venue. It has unambiguous placement of musivcal instruments is space. Yes I mean a three-demensional placeent with layering in depth and height." Here are some coents from the attendees at the Head-Fi Meet: The George Wright amp surprised me with very good high end, not normal in my understanding of most tube amps. I would consider it a deal at $925. I thought George's amp was stellar. It drove my K 701's beautifully. Very effortless presentation, with great bass(no small feat on the K701). the Wright Sound Amp was beautiful with that Vinyl station you set up. One last review from Maureen who purchased one of the protypes: George Is this the greatest sounding headphone amp in the world.......I think so!!!
